Join The Big Water Walk for schools

Unite your school community and take on The Big Water Walk – together! Walk 6km (or a goal of your choice) around the oval, local park or a
circuit around your school.

Support people in Africa, Asia and the Pacific who have to walk long distances to collect clean water every day. Your walk, and every dollar you raise, will create lasting change and help empower people to lift themselves out of poverty.

Your school walk will change lives

Parramatta Schools Step Up for Project Compassion 2025!

In 2025, Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) went above and beyond for Project Compassion, raising a remarkable $235,717!

More than 180 students from 10 schools joined the BIG Water Walk, walking five kilometres carrying buckets of water. Students experienced the daily journey that so many people, especially women and children, must make to collect water, turning faith into aciton and helping to create a more just and compassionate future.

Sign up for The BIG Water Walk today for your chance to make a difference to vulnerable communities around the world.
