Long Walk for Water

Every day, 292 million people around the world walk more than 30 minutes to collect water. This Lent, as part of Caritas Australia’s Project Compassion, I’ll be walking with them.  

I will be lacing up my sneakers and taking on The Long Walk for Water to help provide safe clean water for people in need. With every step I take, I’ll be making real, lasting change for vulnerable communities all over the world.  

But I can’t do it alone! Unite Against Poverty with me this Lent and help create a world where no one gets left behind.

Day 8 Walk for Water

Yay!  8 days down and 32 to go!  Walked up Marine Terrace to Ford Road then up to Kent Street.  Great walking day as quite cool.  Walked to Carey Street and headed down towards Geographe Bay Road.  Walked along to Ford Road and back home.
