Lent - Day 1

I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially signed up for the Long Walk for Water with Caritas Australia this Lent! 🎉

The challenge is to walk 10,000 steps a day throughout the Lenten season while raising funds to support communities in need of clean water.

We kicked off yesterday — and I’m thrilled to say I’ve already smashed the 10K step goal on Day One! 💪 And I’m determined to keep the momentum going every single day.

This journey is about more than just steps — it’s about standing in solidarity with those who walk long distances daily just to access water. I’d love your encouragement as I continue this challenge. Please cheer me on, keep me in your prayers, and if you’re able, consider supporting the cause!

Lent - Day 2

It was too hot to walk outside, so I decided to walk around the office. Set the alarm for a 15mins walk after 45mins of working each time. I did 4 sets of 15mins throughout the day plus other random walking around.

Decided to walk around my neighbourhood after dinner and the cool breeze felt good on my face.

I thanked God for the ability to walk and enjoy my surroundings.
