Every day, 292 million people around the world walk more than 30 minutes to collect water. This Lent, as part of Caritas Australia’s Project Compassion, I’ll be walking with them.

I will be lacing up my sneakers and taking on The Long Walk for Water to help provide safe clean water for people in need. With every step I take, I’ll be making real, lasting change for vulnerable communities all over the world.

But I can’t do it alone! Unite Against Poverty with me this Lent and help create a world where no one gets left behind.

Walking for a purpose

Yes I can be lazy and make every excuse not to do some exercise but pledging to walk 20 hrs this Lent in solidarity with those that HAVE to walk every day to get a basic necessity of life, makes me move.
