Loreto House

Host a Lent Event

Long Walk for Water

Loreto House is Uniting Against Poverty this Lent by taking part in Caritas Australia’s Project Compassion.

Welcome to Loreto!

We are Abbey and Coco, your Year 12 Loreto House Captains.

We are so super excited to be supporting Caritas Australia's Project Compassion this year which is an initiative that empowers vulnerable communities to lift themselves out of poverty.

Our house draws its identity from the rich tradition of the Shrine of Loreto in which Mary found courage, even when life felt uncertain or challenging. Mary’s values connect very closely with the values of Project Compassion because both focus on love in action, humility, and care for those most in need.

The symbols in our House banner, such as the wheat represents care and nourishment and continue to reflect our values as Year 12 House Captains of compassion and collective actions to help others succeed.

Through Project Compassion, we want to come together as a community and turn our collective goodwill into lasting change for those in need.

We hope that all Loreto families can contribute generously to this cause and continue to uplift Loreto's values through your support and kindness!!
